Casa Laura is situated on the development of Costa Esuri on the Spanish side of the border with Portugal, close to the attractive town of Ayamonte. It is about 40 minutes drive from Faro Airport in Portugal and approximately 1.5 hours drive from the city of Seville and its airport.

Our house sleeps up to four people, and consists of 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. There is an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs shower room, together with a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. There is also a utility room with a washing machine. In the lounge there is a flat screen television, XBOX video game console and a DVD player. There is air-conditioning which can also be used to provide heating.

Outside there is parking at the front of the house. At the back there is a small tiled garden with a covered area, leading straight on to communal gardens which include an adult swimming pool and a toddler pool. The pools are open from 1st April to 31st October each year. We also have a balcony at the front of the house and two terraces at the back, including a roof terrace with views of the River Guadiana, which serves as the border between Spain and Portugal, and of the suspension bridge over the river to Portugal.

Costa Esuri has two 18 hole golf courses and a club house which serves food and drink. There is also a restaurant/bar about 10-15 minutes walk from our house, Jags Bistro. Within a couple of minutes walk of Casa Laura there is a small shop which sells basic essentials and freshly baked bread, as well as operating as a bar in the evenings. There is a shopping centre approximately 5 minutes drive away, on the road to Ayamonte, which includes a well-stocked supermarket. Ayamonte town is approximately 10 minutes drive away and is very picturesque, with a marina, pedestrianised town centre and tiled squares. The nearest beaches of Isla Canela and Punta Moral are approximately 20 minutes drive from Casa Laura.
